Gardens

My husband Jamie has been growing huge organic gardens on our two acres for over 30 years. I like to refer to him as the (micro) farmer and I’m the (micro) farmer’s wife. I love cooking fresh picked produce and preserving the excess harvest for the off-season. I’ll be sharing these garden and kitchen stories; maybe they’ll inspire you to grow gardens if you don’t already. Fresh produce picked at its peak contains the most nutrients.
