These herbs support the nervous system as well as digestion; it is a true “rest and digest” tea. These herbs are relaxing but not sedating, so can be enjoyed any time of day.
Steep 2 teaspoons of herbs
in 6 to 8 ounces of boiled water
for at least 8 minutes; cover while steeping.
Strain and enjoy.
For best results: boil water, then turn off the kettle and let it cool down for about a minute before preparing the tea.
Store dry herbs in a dark and cool location.
